Headset ordering instructions:

Note: You will need to know the model number of your phone when selecting your headset products. Submitting order information through this will generate a request for a quote from Clear Choice Headsets & Technology, LLC.

To request a quote for your headset purchase:

First, you will choose the headset(s) you want to order.
Then, enter the desired quantity.
Finally, completely fill out the Billing, Email, Contact Phone. Please enter the phone model information in the “Order Notes” section.
There will be no shipping instructions
This is a request for a quote, no payment is required.

Clear Choice Headsets & Technology, LLC (formerly RCM Headsets) will e-mail the requestor a quote for the order. Once you have received your quote, you will need to submit the information from it into your Lawson software as a “New Item Request”. This will generate a purchase order. The purchasing department will then e-mail the PO to Clear Choice Headsets & Technology, LLC, who will ship your order out.
