At Clear Choice Headsets & Technology, our U.S. based services team is ready to extend the life of your equipment. Instead of discarding your old headsets, take advantage of our sanitization, cleaning, repair, and refurbishment services to restore them to like-new condition. Our in-house services improve efficiency while controlling costs.

Sanitization / Cleaning

Our process begins with a detailed inspection of each product to identify and remove any physically damaged headsets. All remaining units are cleaned and tested for full functionality. New headset ear cushions and mic covers (model-dependent) are installed before each unit is separately packaged and sealed.

Our process offers a cost-effective method for redeploying headsets to new team members. It costs a fraction of buying new.

• Price: $19 per headset  (non-warranty service)
• Turnaround Time: One week for fewer than 100 units

Repairs

In-Warranty Repairs
The length of product warranties varies per each manufacturer. Specific details are available on each product page. Upon arrival, units are tested and either repaired to factory standards or replaced.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs
We only repair out-of-warranty Secure Headset Group (formerly Starkey Headsets) headsets and handsets. Every unit repaired includes a full one-year warranty.

• Price: $49–$59 for most corded models
• Turnaround Time: Two weeks

Refurbished Headsets

In addition to our wide selection of leading manufacturers’ headsets, we offer a variety of professionally refurbished headsets too. Every product is professionally sanitized, cleaned, tested, and restored to like-new condition. This is a cost efficient option for larger purchases.
