Clear Choice Headsets offers different repair services depending upon the product purchased. We provide repair services for Poly/HP, Yealink, Jabra, Shokz, and EPOS products, but only if they were purchased directly from Clear Choice Headsets and are still under warranty.
As the exclusive distributor of Secure Headset Group® (SHG) products, Clear Choice Headsets offers repair services for SHG headsets regardless of purchase location or warranty status.
If your headset requires repair, please follow the instructions below to return your product:
- Complete the repair form below or call us at 847-298-8100 for further assistance.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your Return Authorization Number (RMA#).
- Print the email and include a copy of it in the return package. Keep one for your records.
- Use the return address provided in the email or cut out the shipping label and attach it to your box.
- Ship the item using a traceable service such as UPS, FedEX, DHL, etc.
Important Reminders:
- Send only the defective part. Do not include power adapters or accessories.
- If returning an amplifier, include all cords.
- Do not return custom ear molds, as we are not responsible for them.
