For your convenience, we have provided the Workday item number beneath the picture of your headset product.

To request a quote for your headset purchase:

• Select the product of choice.
• Enter the desired quantity.
• Completely fill out the Billing, Shipping, Email, Contact Phone.
• Please enter the model of your ALCATEL / CISCO / or other phone in the Order Notes section.

Clear Choice Headsets will e-mail the requestor a quote for the order. You will need to submit the information from the quote into your Workday system. This will generate a purchase order which the purchasing department will then e-mail to Clear Choice Headsets, who will ship your order out.
